This ‘Modern Stroll Garden’ features tough and sculptural desert plants, grasses, cacti wildflowers and other Texas natives. The sandstone path winds the viewer around a central ‘Spanish Dagger’ Yucca. This is a reference to time, seasonal change and the 'Patio culture’ of San Antonio.

Wildflowers are prominent in the garden, and many of these plants will flower or fruit in the fall, adding seasonal interest all year long. Two trees, a Desert Willow and Mexican Olive will add blooms and shade for years to come.
